No. The UHD 630 is better.

^That comparison only shows DX9 and DX10 while most games now are DX11; and the UHD 630 would be even better at DX11 and DX12 than the HD2600XT seeing how the 2600XT doesn't even support them.

A big issue is that the 2600XT is from 2007 and you would be using legacy drivers on it. If you are running Win 10 there aren't even drivers available to download for it https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/ati-radeon-hd-2000-series/ati-radeon-hd-2600-xt
