So I'm saving for a Budget $500 dollar Gaming PC I've already spent about $300 but I found a deal for a Blackwidow X Tournament Edition Chroma for $75 refurbished I don't even know if it's a good deal, but I'm split on getting the keyboard of my dreams and spending all my money I have right now (About $75) or getting more computer parts PS. I'm 13 so it's not easy to make money

Solution
That's a bargain, provided it is officially refurbished and not used, go for it.
Here's what you can get at $500 and $575(ish).
The i5 will last you much longer, so I suggest that you get the PC first and get a keyboard later.
You can however get a good mechanical keyboard with Cherry MX switches (higher quality) starting at around $70 with basic one color backlighting, so look at that in the future.

Solution
If I've ever seen a waste in my life, it would be that keyboard.
RGB lighting, Cherry MX switches. That's all that it has.
No macros, No dedicated media controls, no one click BIOS and overclocking.
For $60, you can get the Cougar Deathfire EX Mouse + Keyboard combo OR you can get the Coolermaster masterkeys Lite L mouse + keyboard combo for relatively the same price.

Since you only have $200 left, I would by the parts and use spare cash for accessories (and if you already have some sort keyboard/mouse, use those and save. I started with a apple keyboard I got at the thrift store and a dell mouse. I used those until I had enough to buy my Razer BlackWiddow Ultimate and corsair vengeance M65.)

The only reason I want the Razer one is for the RGB lighting and lighting program, and the mechanical switches. But I'll look at those other keyboards you sent me :)

The only reason I would get the keyboard first is because it's a eBay deal and idk when it will end? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Razer-BlackWidow-X-Tournament-Edition-Chroma-RGB-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard-wi-/302191575786?hash=item465c0582ea:g:2QsAAOSwo4pYcPe~

If they weren't good boards, they wouldn't be so expensive. They're made of good materials and have good switches. I just don't understand whats all the hype about when they have nothing other than that. (some do, but most don't)

As I mentioned above, you can get it if you want, but your PC won't last as long in terms of relevance.
