[SOLVED] Is a RGB header's max power rating per header or combined?

My motherboard manual says "The headers can be used to connect a standard 5050 digital LED strip, with a maximum power rating of 2A(12V or 5V) and maximum length of 5m or maximum number of 300 LEDs." I have 4 fans that use 1.0A each and 2 RGB headers. Would that be a max of 2A per header or combined?

It should be per RGB header since you can control them manually seperate.
It would be really dumb from manufacturer to combine 2 in 1 header.
You can see by every fan header/rgb header little chips.

Also if you use one header max out light then connect other they should be at same brightness, same goes for fan headers.
