[SOLVED] Is a rtx 3070 card compatible with Asus Prime h310m-k R2.0 motherboard?

So im looking to buy this card and im wondering if my motherboard will be compatible since im not that good at computers.

Short answer: Yes.

Medium answer: Yes, but make sure your CPU and PSU are up to the task of feeding it. What do you have for each of those?

The 3070 is pretty hard to find right now. Unless you can find one for under $600 ($500 is MSRP for Nvidia reference card version) you're better off waiting a few months for stock to stabilize. Scalpers are running rampant with new video cards this season.

I only point this out as you stated you're not real familiar with pc components and I'd hate to see you get ripped off.

Some people on Ebay are even selling pictures of the card. You think you're buying a new graphics card and get a picture of the card in your email for your money. Just be real careful.

I know stuff about pc's im just kinda bad with compatibility, I'm running a i7 8700 and when i buy the new card im going to get a new PSU. @80-watt Hamster
