If they have the same interface, then most likely yes.

Both HDMI with ARC. (most preferred, surround)
Both Toslink (next preferred surround)
TV Headphone_out to SB AUX IN (stereo only).
Bluetooth (consult TV manual whether its bluetooth is for wireless speakers)
