At first this CPU have already iGPU you do not need additional GPU.
At Second you chose wrong Ram stick * (shorter is laptop edition)
Orion PSU I do not know this company, so probably this OEM product can work for years or turn to fireball

Anyway AMD CPU are depend heavily on ram, you get better performance with 2x2GB or 2x4GB vs single 4GB * Dual channel give boost always

Yes you do not need this graphic card your CPU have already inside, iGPU, you simply plug Monitor to Mobo

Yes even for some older or less demanding games
You can always overclock a bit iGPU inside CPU
And this cheap CPU can handle nice OC 24-32% boost on Standard cooler Review with older CPU version.
