Probably a dumb question here but i'm about to download my windows onto a flash drive for a new build and is the AMD 8320 a 64 or 32 bit architecture?

Solution
CPUs in PCs have been 64-bit for a long time. But they can still run 32-bit software, including 32-bit Windows. There's really no advantage to 32-bit Windows though, and it has a big disadvantage in the limited amount of memory it supports, so you should always go 64-bit.

The 32bits version of Windows is mostly for old systems that have hardware which may not have proper 64bits driver support.

Since Vista though, just about all hardware has 64bits driver support and with nearly all PCs today built with a minimum of 4GB RAM, 32bits OS are effectively obsolete. You should not install a 32bits OS unless you have very specific reasons to do so.
