Is an AMD A4 6300 Dual Core Enough?

I recently purchased a pre-built pc with a AMD A4 6300 with Radeon HD 8370D onboard graphics cpu. I don't play games on pc because i'm a console gamer. Is this cpu alone enough to browse the web, easily play youtube videos in 1080p and other general uses. Thanks for any help.

yes, thats what that chip was designed for... basic computing tasks.
