[SOLVED] Is anybody using i7 8700 (non K) with a B360 motherboard? Does it underperform?

Is anybody using i7 8700 (non K) with a B360 motherboard? I heard the i7 won't stay in Max turbo clock speed due to some TDP issues or bad vrms in the b360 Mobo is it true? I'm about to build a PC with an i7 8700 and RTX 2060. I don't know if its alright to pair them with a b360. I game around 10 hours a day and use after effects. Intel fanboi btw so I don't wanna go with Ryzen.

Get Z370 or Z390 instead. You won't be able to run DDR4 past 2666mhz with B360 board.

I have the z370 in my mind too but I'm just wondering if it's actually worth it to go for z370 since I have to pay twice the cost of a b360 that too entry level. Components are overpriced where I live. If I cut down on the Mobo I can add some storage to the build I know it sounds dumb but just confused. I'm buying 2400mhz ram anyway

For 2400mhz ram B360 would be fine. Just make sure the board has heatsinks on vrms.
Cheapest B360 boards would not have it.

Cheapest half-decent matx B360 would be ASROCK B360M PRO4.

Ahh that costs almost same as the MSI Z370 A-PRO. Then maybe can i buy the MSI?
