I have identified some parts as seen in the link which I would like to have however, I need help on other specific components which I would like to have. My budget is around $1500 SGD which is around 1100 USD.
The below are my preferred components specs but i would like to know which company/ manufacturer is the best.
CPU : Ryzen 5 3600
CPU cooler: unsure what to buy
Graphics card: GeForce 1660
Mobo : unsure what to buy
Storage :
Seagate 1 tb HDD
Samsung 860 EVO 500 gb(bought)
PSU : unsure what to buy
Case: not included in budget
Peripherals: not needed

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Cooler: Are you overclocking?? OR do you care if it's quiet? I went for a monster air cooler (BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4) , but you could go for a AIO water cooling solution. Corsair H115i.
Motherboard: If you're not overclocking - asus prime x570 pro, otherwise something like the Gigabyte Aorus Elite is pretty good for overclocking.
PSU: Corsair RM650x you could go lower power - but it would be future proofed for any future GPU/CPU you might want to upgrade to.
