Is anything in this build incompatible?

Hi guys, this is my first ever post here! I'm gonna be purchasing parts to build my first ever pc soon, but am having trouble finding compatibility between parts and such. This is what I have planned so far.

Case : Silverstone Raven RVZ01
Motherboard : ASUS Z97I-PLUS (mini-itx)
PSU : SILVERSTONE SFX Series SX600-G 600W
CPU : Intel Core i5 - 4670K
Cooler : Noctua NH-L9I*
Ram : 16Gb DDR-III 1600MHz Corsair (CML16GX3M2A1600C10) (2x8Gb KIT)
SSD : 128Gb SSD Samsung 850 Pro Series (MZ-7KE128BW)
HDD : 2Tb <2.5"> SATA-III Western Digital Scorpio Green (WD20NPVX)
GPU : nVidia GeForce GTX970 MSI Twin Frozr V PCI-E 4096Mb (GTX 970 GAMING 4G)**

*I read that the RVZ01 case supports liquid cooling, and I saw someone install a Corsair H50 Liquid Cooler on it. However, the stores nearby me don't have this particular model, so I'm not sure what other kind of liquid cooling will fit on this case. If anyone can give me info on this I'd be so grateful :D

**Do the different types of the GTX 970 matter? I only chose this because its the one I see used most in other build videos.

And all in all will this build work fine? Am I missing anything? Does anything conflict or is there anything I should replace or fix? Hope you guys can help :D

MSI is the best gtx 970. Doesn't really matter tho.
The parts should all be compatible but please don't go with that case, you'll have very high temps. I do not recommend overclocking inside that case either.

I know about the heating but the main reason I'm choosing this case is for it's size cause I move around a lot..

all of this is compatible, but i have a few questions:
1. why are you getting the haswell 4670k instead of the devil's canyon 4690k?
2. do you need the build to be ITX? cuz if not, you can get a better build for the same price.
3. why are you geting a 850 PRO? you should get a cheaper 840 EVO with more storage instead. the 850 is not really necessary, and the 840 is just fine.
4. why are you using 2.5" drives instead of 3.5" ones?

anyway, the different kinds of 970s are basically different coolers and power delivery to the GPU and the RAM. the MSI is one of the nice ones, but i like the ASUS one better.

I don't actually know what a 'devils canyon' is..i've never built a pc before. Are all 4690K devil's canyon?

Yeah the build has to be ITX to fit this particular case, which would be preferable cause of it's size.

I'm not sure about ssd cause I just planned to have a the quickest one for boot speed and other essentials.

About the 2.5" drives, it's cause the case only has 1 3.5" slot as opposed to 3 2.5" slots.

devil's canyon is a update to the i5 4670k and the i7 4770k. they turned into the i5 4690k and the i7 4790k. they are basically the same, except that they have a SLIGHTLY higher clock speed, and the have improvements in the thermal interface (the big piece of metal on the CPU), that will allow better temps.
