Is AOC AGON AG241QX 24" 144HZ a good choice for GTX1080?

Hi,

I'm planning to build a PC with a GTX1080 but I'm having a rough time finding a monitor with the following specs: 1440p, 144Hz, 1-5ms, 24"-27". I've found the AOC AGON AG241QX 24" 144HZ, the only thing is that I'm not sure if it is a good monitor and if it's compatible with G-Sync.
