I am thinking about pairing a 4070 super or maybe a newer gen card after it launches, so was thinking like if the aio can handle r7 7700 for around 6hr long session of gaming or not. This is my first build after quite a while so, any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Yes the AIO stated above would be okay for the processor though you could look into an aircooler from Thermalright which might be cheaper for you(if you have access to Thermalright coolers to begin with). What is the make and model of your case? Where are you located?

I am from India. And I don't think Thermalright coolers are that much available here. Also one of mu friend is using the arctic aio, and he suggested me to go with arctic.
And about case I am doing a fresh build so I can choose any, thinking about Lianli lancool 206

Spend some time reading the reviews on coolers. Thermaltake has a lot of competition but thermaltake is also know for being very low cost which is why you see it on so many lists. There are a lot of good performing air coolers so something likely is available to you.

What you will find in general is you can get air coolers for much less than most AIO. The only AIO that really outperform air coolers are the big 360 ones.

The thing to watch out for is do not get trapped in chasing the lower temp is better trap. As long as the cooler can keep the CPU under the thermal throttle limits the actual number you see the temperature at means nothing.

If for example the cpu throttles at 90c a cooler that can run 85c is the same as a cooler that can run at 80c.

In general you only use a AIO for extremely small cases where nothing else fits or you are trying to cool something like a 300 watt cpu like a overclocked 14900k.

You AMD parts are very low power and likely even a fairly low end cooler can keep up with them. Maybe not in india where it is rather hot but the crappy box coolers that come packaged with the cpu keep them under the thermal limits.
