This is my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CfHsGL
I'm getting artifacting issues in Ashes of the Singularity as seen here:

I'm also getting artifacting issues in Rainbow Six Extraction:

I haven't noticed artifacting in any of the other 30-40 benchmarks or games I tried, but I wasn't completely looking at all of the benchmarks like Time Spy and all. Is this a game-specific issue or should I RMA my GPU? I uninstalled my GPU driver with DDU, and the problem is still persisting. I OCd my GPU, but the problem is also persisting even at stock settings. I looked up this issue, and I found one post that said MSAA and DX12 were causing issues in Ashes of the Singularity. I disabled these settings, but the problem is persisting. I went down to the Standard preset from the highest preset (Crazy) which fixed this issue. I did found 3 videos with the same artifacting in the same exact place, so perhaps it's a common issue. I found another without artifacting, but I guess it's a bug.
In Extraction, I changed my graphics setting from Very High to Ultra. That fixed this problem. When I went back to Very High, the problem somehow did not happen again.
I tried out benchmarks that should be more intensive like Time Spy, FurMark, and Unigine Superposition, though I wasn’t completely paying attention to those. I’ll try those again and see how they are. I tried out theoretically more intensive games though like Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, Control, and Resident Evil Village and definitely didn’t notice any artifacting.
I also noticed something that seems like artifacting in File Explorer:

Is this artifacting? If not, how do I fix this?
I also get momentary screen flickering in Edge when I open a new tab and sometimes completely at random. It also happens sometimes when I open a new window. Is this normal?

Are these issues signs of a failing GPU or is this just a bug with these games and File Explorer? My GPU did overheat once and shut down; could overheating once cause all of these issues? Should I RMA my GPU?
