Nvidia GeForce gtx 745 (4gb DDR3 RAM)

A price deference of $400.

Which should i get and is it compatible for gaming. Im not a hardcore gamer but i do wish to play online gamings.

Both are horribly imbalanced, and both of those GPUs suck.
Don't get either, considering for $500 you can build a computer that is perfect for online games and also runs fancy modern games really well.

What are the full specs on the systems, including case size and power supply brand/model?

Likely you can get a pre-built system and upgrade the video card. Many so-called "gaming" systems use weak power supplies and video cards to match a price and put it in a flashy case with lights and call it "Gaming X400 Ultra" or something where in reality the performance of it is weak for games.

That is a bad system to get, very hard to upgrade anything to gaming specs since the power supply is only a 220 watt and the case is small.

Look for a tower system that has a standard size power supply that can be replaced or a system with at least a 300 watt power supply so you can use a 750 Ti in it.
