Many people saying this motherboard have poor performance. I want to buy this. I cannot afford more money for buying motherboard. in my country this is 95$. Have any other suggestion???

[SOLVED] - Hardware reserved too much ram in computer.

My pc have 8 gb ram, Motherboard asrock b450m pro 4-f, Processor is Amd ryzen 5 3400g. In task manager it shows, Hardware reserved 2 gb ram. So i get 5.9 gb ram useable. Is it normal?? or this problem have solution??
