Is Asrock X370 Pro4 reliable?

Someone from this site suggested me this budget mobo, and I wonder whether this one might be reliable? Will it last long without damages/performance lag? I may overclock (just slightly), but it is mostly unlikely.

I have an AsRock Z77 Pro4M (circa 2012) in my main rig and it's never given me any problems.
