hello,
My local games shop has a sale and the game is...affordable. However I've heard a lot of bad stuff about the game...the story, the gameplay and so on. Some people even don't want to torrent it, not only because of performance issues but poor story line too. So is the game worth it? Can you make me consider buying it?

I really liked ACIV: Black Flag. That was my first AC game since AC2. I don't hate the series but it's not something I feel the need to buy every fall when they release a new one.

Basically at this point I think you know what you are getting with the AC series. It's decently fun gameplay that usually takes place in cool settings if you like historical stuff. They also all have things that drive me crazy like annoying follow missions where you insta-fail if you are spotted.

I haven't played Unity but my guess would be that if you liked the previous games in the series you will probably like this one too.

In my opinion, one of the best things about being a PC gamer is that you can get just about every game at a great discount if you...
I haven't enjoyed Assassin's creed since the second game. This being said, I put at least 5 hours into every one I borrowed since. I'd price each AC game at about 5 hours of entertainment, how much $ that is for you may vary.

If you just want the experience of playing it, many local libraries now stock games, this will probably eventually show up. Black flag has shown up, so big title games average 2 years until they are free.

Black Flag had deep discounts and we will see the same with Unity as we get closer to the Fall and whatever AC game is coming out this year. If I see it for $10-$15 I'll probably give it a shot. I have enough games in my backlog that I don't feel the need to pay much more than that.
