Yes its good. I don't think it needs a bios update, so correct me if I'm wrong.

I have a B550-F Gaming from Asus and I run it with a 3900x, with stock cooler. I've been able to do some light overclocks with no issue. It should be excellent for your 3700x as well. I did not have to update BIOS for my 3900x, so neither will you.

great to know that, also 1 more question.. im using a 550w psu, do i need to upgrade that or not?

My specs in signature work just fine with my 550w psu, even overclocked. Your 2060 is ~60w more, but that should be sufficient. Consider a higher W psu in case you do upgrade to a better GPU in the future.

It depends on the brand, model and age of your PSU.

Mine is a seasonic Focus GX550 and it performs very well. Quiet and stable, would definitely recommend.
