is ASUS H81m-c support ddr6 Graphics Cards ?like GTX1650 SUPER like...
I'm used GTX1050 (DDR5)card, but it's not working yesterday so I think to move GTX 1650SUPER card, but it's DDR6
so I'm confused.

There's no connection there.
Modern gpus require motherboards with UEFI bios. Some older mobos were legacy only, therefore, they couldn't recognize anything newer than GTX 700 and Radeon R9.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

So long as the motherboard has an available PCIe x16 slot, to drop a PCIe graphics card in, you're good to go! What processor are you working with? Make and model of your PSU and it's age? you shouldn't get a GTX1650Super in there, not while you're on a GTX1050, unless you want to spend money when you shouldn't.

You might want to rule out that the GPU is dead to avoid buying an unnecessary replacement GPU.
