GTX Titan z and R9 295X2

if yes, then what about SLI and crossfire (the same GPUs mentioned above)

oh yeah, hell as long as it has pcie 2.0 or higher than your good. and that board totally does

Actually you can, but you will only bottleneck your gpu because the mentioned motherboard has a LGA 2011 socket type which is only compatible with 2nd gen intel processors which is not very powerful . Try upgrading your motherboard if you want a seamless gaming experience.

I did not understand you point,
this motherboard support very high performance CPUs like 3970 and 4960, these CPUs can fit more than 5 years for gaming.
