is this cpu good for games like gta v, r6, beamng drive?

Depends on your expectations. GTA V would require a more powerful CPU to run 1080p60 because the x4 870k is a weaker CPU by modern standards.

And of course it will depend on the other components surrounding the CPU, because the CPU isn't the sole component responsible for framerate.
