Is aWalmart custom gaming computer pre-built?

I'm planning on spending the money for a custom built ibuypower desktop from walmart. Here's the specs for the tech junkies:
gtx 650
i5 3570k (I need performance for gaming.)
8gb ripjaw ram
1tb hard drive
(the rest is non premium hardware)

and I guess that matters when it comes to the fact of me being to damn lazy to build it myself, so has anyone who has bought from walmart know if they build them for you? PLEASE RESPOND A.S.A.P.

I would NEVER buy a pre-built, but that's just me. You can probably do better for cheaper and customize it more to your liking. Don't be lazy, it's fun.
