Is below 10 Celsius too cold to operate my pc?

Recently my heating has broke, and i do not want to replace the boiler yet. So, this has caused my house to get pretty cold (around 10 Celsius). I can see my breath in the air. In short, will turning my PC on cause moisture at this temperature? And could turning on the heat cause condensation in my PC?

IMO a bit below 10C (50F) should not be a problem, particularly if the air is relatively dry (e.g. West Texas as opposed to East Texas).

You will be fine running it at that temperature.
Condensation occurs when warm wet air comes into contact with a cold surface,so the best thing you can do is run the PC so it is at a higher temperature than the air.

Thanks for all the answers, would turning on the heating cause condensation, i got it fixed and i want to warm up the house. But, i am nervous about condensation due to the low temperatures in the house.

No, you will be fine heating up the house. If you are concerned, let the computer run while you warm the house up -- as makkem said, water will only condense onto things that are colder than the surrounding moist air.
