I recently replaced motherboard with new thing but today case fan noise restarted as before.
Dust on motherboard or bad status of mobo could be related to fan noise ?

Solution
Hey!
Even bad fans are quiet at low speeds... I would try the following:
- As the computer starts up, press Del, F12, or perhaps F2
- Go into your BIOS and find the fan speed settings

- If you have the old fashioned BIOS, adjust the cooling profile for the fans to 'silent' or 'normal'. I suspect it may currently be on 'High performance'. I had a motherboard that did this when the CMOS was reset. You may have to do this for multiple fans

- If you have the new UEFI, then again go the fan speed settings. If you have some graphs, try using the 'silent' preset. If the fans are still too loud after rebooting with silent settings, go back into the UEFI
- You may need to 'tune' the fans. On my motherboard (Asus Z97-A), there is an option...

- You may need to 'tune' the fans. On my motherboard (Asus Z97-A), there is an option somewhere to tune the fans so the motherboard knows the minimum speed that each fan can achieve. This lets me set them lower than 50% by default.
- Once this is done, create a custom fan speed profile where the cooling for under 65c is as low as possible (or similar).

You may need to check the instructions for your specific motherboard!
