i keep having my computer on all day in my living room.

No. It just means dust is coming out. I would clean the inside of the computer and keep it free of dust.

If there is dust in your PC, the dust came from the air outside of the case that was sucked in through the intake vents. It just means that your room was already dusty.

The dust that is inside of the computer came from the air outside of the computer. It's the same air and dust that you're breathing in.
