We're going to need more information. What will the PSU listed above be powering? List your CPU, motherboard, ram, GPU and storage drives. Off the top of my head, both PSU's are built well, which is why I'd ask you to state what other brands you have access to. What is your budget? Where are you located?

My new build will include ryzen 5 3600 + msi b450 tomahawk Max 2 + rtx 2060 super + 2 x7.2rpm hdd 1 tb each + 1x 1tb SSD sata + Deepcool Air-cooler . And I would be overclocking r5 3600 to 1.28v and 4000mhz ! . I live in India . And I have only these 2 psu with 4500inr range at my locality , which I thought will be a great choice to go with ! So Which one to go with ?? Acc. To my given build
