Is corsair cx 430 compaitbe with gigabyte h81m s1 and i3 4150? I heard that haswell cpus are having a new power saving sleep state. On corsair site i saw cx430 as 'likely compatibe ,currently validating'. Now just to be sure will that be fine?

There seems to be some confusion about the CX "Builder Series" PSU's here - the CX430M got excellent reviews from legitimate reviewers (reference http://www.legitreviews.com/corsair-cx430m-modular-power-supply-review-what-25-can-buy_2169/8 linked to conclusion page) The big complaint about the CX units are the use of cheaper capacitors in the secondary and that we have seen reports of less longevity than we would like (possibly due to the cheaper capacitors, possibly due to ChannelWell receiving a bad batch of parts) from the CX models.
For the build shown, the CX430 seems to be a decent fit. You can find better, but if the budget dictates an entry level PSU, you can do a heck of a lot worse - check out the above review
yeah you can use it, but if I were you I would take that PSU and toss it in the bin as its more beneficial to the bin than it will be to your system, these are really low end PSU and can cause serious problems for your computer in the long run.

then if you're just doing normal work you should be fine, its a low end power supply when you use it heavily like 4+ hours a day, if you don't use it that much and you don't game heavily on it you should be fine.

80 Plus (trademarked 80 PLUS) is a voluntary certification program intended to promote efficient energy use in computer power supply units (PSUs). Launched in 2004 by Ecos Consulting, it certifies products that have more than 80% energy efficiency at 20%, 50% and 100% of rated load, and a power factor of 0.9 or greater at 100% load. Such PSUs waste 20% or less electric energy as heat at the specified load levels, reducing electricity use and bills compared to less efficient PSUs.

it just means that the power they supply is more than 80% of what it states on the box and bronze means that it can bit very close to this level fairly easily.

I will be using my pc i guess using 1-2 hrs a day and 1-2 hrs time on sleep) with gaming on medium settings(FIFA 15 , GTA 5 and Far Cry4 (not on high or ultra just in medium settings)) (no overclocking at all).. will it be fine since i dont have much budget right now...also with this psu i said in the link will fit in p6120in and also will that mobo fit in p6120in ...please answer all these questions and my problem will be solved.!!!!.

Most PSu's are roughly the same size and what kind of budget are you working with, where are you from? and yes that mobo will fit into that case its a Mid tower ATX case meaning it will fit mostly any Mobo apart from maybe very large ones, but that one will fit no problem.

I have HP p6120in case. I will be upgrading my mobo to gigabyte h81m s1 , core i3 4150 and corsair cx 430. I am having GT 730 GDDR5. I want to play FIFA 15 , GTA 5 AND Far Cry 4 at medium settings(no overclocking) just on 20- 30FPS. Wil those cables connect to my harddisk and the new motherboard and will these components work fine?

That will work fine as C12Friedman already said. You could add a gtx 960 (one that needs one pcie power connector) and be fine.A good 300watt psu would run that.
A cooler master G450M would maybe be in the same price bracket and imo be better or maybe for a little more the seasonic S12II 430watt would be great, but the CX 430watt would run that

I am from India .

Some confusion indeed and a huge misconception for this particular CX variant. CX430 is one of our solid PSU in the budget line that is a viable option for that specific build and purpose. And just to add on to that Legitreviews findings, here is the CX430 review from JG that is also a reputable PSU review site, http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story5&reid=239.
