Is corsair cx500 good enough?

I'd like to know if corsair cx500 is good enough and has enough Watts for my computer...
My rig is : z97 msi motherboard , i7 4770k cpu , 8gb of hyper x fury ram, graphics card is msi geforce gtx 760 2gb .

Yes, it is "good enough" and has enough power to run those components.

I would however recommend a better PSU, from seasonic or XFX for example with somewhere around 600-700 watts if you plan to upgrade your gfx card any time soon

Which seems likely as you have a strong base build but a weak card right now.

this gave some info but with the cx500 it sys tbd or 'likely to be comparable. how ever tht does not assure me and i need to find an answer quick.

You are unlikely to find a good PSU for a similar price; that's why the CX is so cheap. It's also made with inferior capacitors that can't take heat. I would not use one in a gaming PC. Check out XFX or a Rosewill Capstone.

That Haswell compatibility is more marketing bull, it's only in relation to some sleep states wich no one would use anyway.
Get a Seasonic, a 620w M12II EVO has all you can wish for: good electronics, full black cables and connectors, full modular etc
