120mm will do it, sure, but 240 is really ideal - because its quieter and more cooling.
Although, for the cost of the 120mm you may be able to get a decent cooler (not water)
Which country and what budget in your currency? Also any websites you buy from
im from pakistan. My budget is 13000 RPS. the website i buy from is eezepc.com but as you can see im very very limited to what i can buy in coolers. if this cooler (h80i v2) is efficient im going for it but will a push pull configuration work better or two exhausts ? Thank you very much!

To be honest, I would save your money for something like https://www.eezepc.com/product/thermaltake-riing-silent-12-rgb-sync-edition-cpu-cooler/
Use the spare money to buy some good fans to allow for cool air in and out of the case

oh so what do you think, will this be enough for my cpu? because i have a CM ma610p and it still goes above 78 C on load
edit: also i have a corsair 780t so air flow is pretty good with two 140mm intakes and one 140mm exhaust

Triple A titles are now optimizing for more than 4 cores and i've seen systems with 4 core 8 thread processors that are now constantly pegged close to 100% gaming load as a result. This isn't a bad thing however for that reason my recommendation would be a 240mm radiator at minimum. If this is too expensive, there are plenty of air coolers than can do better, at a more reasonable price.

We are limited to what is on the website in Pakistan - please look :)
As I already mentioned a 240mm would be great, I just think the 120mm is OK...

Here is a Review of the H80 - It's not so bad
