Is corsair TX650w enough?

My pc has an fx8350 oc 4.7ghz and i'am planning to get an asus 290x directcu oc gpu in mid january.is this psu enough for the 8350 oc and the 290x?will i be able to oc further the 290x?thanks

yes it will be enuf my friend has an r9 280x and an fx 8350 Oc'd to 4.5ghz on the same psu

Yes you will have sufficient power to overclock the GPU.
