Is corsairvs450 enough for my system?

my systems are:
Amd fx 6300 (stock cooler)
His radeon hd 7850 iceQx
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 669MHz
Mobo : Gigabyte 970A-D3P

i used fsp hexa+ 500 but i think the psu is broken already, as i got wrong voltage,
currently planning to purchase Corsair VS450 as a replacement, is it sufficient for my system?
and also imma buy an ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 which come with 150watt, is it still work with corsair? sorry for my bad english though

Look for anything from Antec, XFX, Seasonic.

No that FSP is not a good PSU. Do not buy another.

You need to buy a UPS to stop the blackouts from eventually frying your PC.
i dont i think i will order it online, ill just gonna buy PSU from local store, if the psu i looked for is available though. oh and the price range is about usd 45 to 50.
is buying another fps hexa 500 a good choice, because i know that PSU is actually good, it was just, i keep getting electricty blackout every so often. so thats why my PSU cant stand for a year
