Is ddr4 3000 c15 worth the extra 15$ over 3000 c16 ?

Hi , I'm looking to buy new ram and I don't know if to pay the extra 15$ for c15
gonna use it for i7 8700k and z370
main uses for the build are gaming , and a little bit of photoshop

Maybe in some synthetic test you see difference. in real life absolutely none.
