I am going to downgrade android 10, bcuz my battery is draining fast. So i wanted to know if it will harm my phone

Nope, it will not as long as you use a valid image set to flash it back to version 9. I've had no battery issues, but now the balance through my ear buds is way off, almost no sound in the right ear.
