Question is enabling hardware virtualization for blustacks safe ?

so I got a ryzen 3 1200 and blustacks tells me to enable this so called "Hardware virtualization" I just need to know if it is safe to be kept enabled permanently ?
And if I actually lose performance in other programms or games ?

No, this will not make you lose any performance or security. It simply makes bluestacks and vms faster.

The setting in the bios you are looking for is SVM mode.
