Hello everyone,

As the title suggest, I'm experiencing black screen stutter only once after Windows boot (or is loading everything up from logon). I've experienced this since changing from a GTX card to RTX (2080 Super). Used DDU to uninstall old drivers. I have no problems in playing games and all but I have Wallpaper Engine installed and it doesn't run normally and automatically on startup (uses safe mode) when Nvidia driver crashes.

Has this issue ever been fixed? Seems that after reading some topics regarding this, it only occurs mostly with Nvidia cards partnered with AMD processors. I've also tried some of the fixes posted but no luck.

PC specs:
Mobo: ASRock B450 Steel Legend
Procie: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
GPU: Inno3D RTX 2080 Super Gaming OC X3
RAM: Team Elite T-Force Delta 16GB 3000mHz DDR4
PSU: Gigabyte Aorus P750W/AP750GM 750W 80+ Gold

Any comments is greatly appreciated.

Adding something here, it seems that it crashes on other applications too. Tried running Furmark stress test but it crashes. Though it works on benchmark test. Also crashes on FiveM. Tested games are AC Odyssey, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Apex Legends, Valorant, and CSGO. Performance wise on these games, it works as how as a 2080 Super would perform.
