Below is your proposed build entered into PCPartPicker, it shows no incompatibilities although you did not state a case.
Having said that, some of your component choices might not be the best for a gaming rig
- you don't need 32GB of RAM for gaming, 8 is usually enough, 16 is usually overkill
- a 1000W PSU is definitely overkill, it in fact is not a good choice as you want your build to run the PSU in the 50-80% of rated load range.
- not sure why you are going with Win 7, it is more expensive and is replaced by Win 10
- a 256GB M.2 drive as your only storage is expensive, will take up SATA 6 ports and will not improve gaming performance that much. Yes, M.2 SSD's are that much faster but it just doesn't affect the gaming performance greatly.
- For the build something better than a GTX 970 might be appropriate. Not sure what resolution you are aiming for.
My revised build is below your proposed build. You have gone from a GTX 970 to a GTX 980 Ti. The 850W will run dual 980 Ti's should you later decide to add a second card. I added a case to both builds.
