rethink the power supply. 312 Actual Watts, its been discontinued, you will never be able to overclock with that unit. --- necessity
if you can get faster DDR4 (2400-2666Mhz) and try to get a set, 2x4GB over a single 8Gb stick. --- optional

Unless they have updated the design that psu I can find reviews over 10 years old and it was mediocre then. If the design is unchanged I doubt it supports modern cpu power states. You really want a good quality modern 500w unit minimum.

Is this pc just for gaming? If yes drop the cpu to a 8600k and get 16Gb RAM and upgrade to at least the 1060 6Gb.

Also that AIO cooler is beaten by cheaper air coolers. With get a similar priced air cooler or go for a better AIO.

No. It will work, but not well.

PSU is bad.

RAM is quite slow and will hinder performance.

The GPU is not a good balance for the CPU.

The VRM's on that motherboard are quite poor, so I would swap it out.

Better AIO needed.
