As of today lots of negativity and concern has been reported in the EVGA website forums. As we speak customers are looking for BIOS updates to specifically support the 14th gen Intel refresh. But there has been continued and complete ‘Radio Silence’ from EVGA and some of the Forum remarks stated: “Continued radio silence is a message all by itself.” Reported has also been that Vince (Kingpin) and several members of the EVGA BIOS team have already departed EVGA! Then previously and generously known EVGA RMA and service support has been experienced to be slowed as well or becoming more difficult to achieve. Not the way it used to be!

We are now little time away when most OEM’s will again be dousing the market with new or refreshed tech-products and then by later 2024 ushering in the 15th generation of CPU’s with a LGA 1851 socket design, suggesting probably the need of a new motherboard and memory. However the issue at large right now is really not about a simple EVGA MB BIOS update, as it is all about the future viability and existence of EVGA. If in fact EVGA will cease to do business, this having an further even larger impact on all of their products still under general and extended warranties, RMA and totally disappearing product support. Something many existing customers do not even want to think about. Naturally the big question now bodes, will the market be addressed soon by ‘EVGA Corporate’ with a clear and concise statement of where we stand to date and where the company is going to do business! Please EVGA let there be light!
