Is 'Freshtech Studios' reliable?

I've heard mixed reviews for this company. Most saying that they are incredible and you get the most bang for your buck.
However some reviews say that customer service was somewhat lacking and sometimes the components break quite quickly for no reason. I'm a bit confused by this. Any knowledge would be appreciated 😀!

Incredible and most bag for your buck sounds like they are putting up fake reviews esp if they have alot of poor reviews, at least to me it raises a huge red flag. And then I have to look at the company name, do I really want to buy from some company named freshtech? No tthat I have ever even heard of them before... and I cant even find their website. Yeah, I wouldnt be ordering from them unless their office was right up the road from my house.
