Code:

but i have a realy tight budget so what if i do a mild oc.

get an fx 6300 and a r9 280x it may be a bit slower (5-8%) (and cheaper ) but it will do.
The processor will not drop as many frames.

For the love of all things holy, just get an i3-4150. It's currently the same price as the 4300 in the United States (not sure where you're living so can't guarantee that it's the same price elsewhere) and will DESTROY the 4300, beat the 6300 and beat or match the 8350 in just about every single game on the market.

You also will be buying into LGA 1150 which is a modern platform with real upgrade options (i5/i7).

Bottom line is, if you're going to game, don't waste time with AMD when an i3 is the same price and offers equal or greater performance.

Also, if you haven't bought the 780 yet, don't waste your money and get the newer GTX 970. Cheaper with greater performance.

If you need help fitting in budget, let me know and I'll try to get an Intel build to work for you.

Where i live ( lithuania ) the intel is about 50$ more expensive then the fx 4300 and about 20$ more expensive then the fx 6300

i agree its way faster however its unfortanetly more expencive and i wont be able to oc it in the future so it wont be as future proof

Well the general opinion is get an fx 6300 and a newer gpu that is cheaper

yes i will try to get 6300 and also i alredy have the motherboard that is am3+ so it would be even harder for me to get intel.
o and what about the temps of 6300, is it fine with stock heatsink if i wont oc it?

If possible get at least an 212 evo but the stock heatsink should do. Its possible to overclock it with stock heatsink when winter comes :) ( -20C )
