Is galax a good gpu manufacturer?

I bought galax GTX 1060 3 gb at 180$ (in India) . This card is a review unit and the seller told who is actually a tech YouTuber that I would not be able to claim warranty, only seller can claim for warranty. Also how is galaxy as Brand?

They're pretty reliable.
That's normal for used components, only applies to the person who paid for it.
