Here's my question. I'm looking at the ASRock P4i65G motherboard for a retro build, and I need to know if an Nvidia GeForce 6600 GT AGP 128MB card will be compatible with it? I've found a few threads on other sites that mention it a little, but I need further verification. Below I am linking the ASRock page for the MB, the manual, and the threads which I have read. Would I need to update the BIOS as well?

Please post your opinions and give advice, I really don't want to screw this up. Thank you.

Thread 1 (In another language, I used Google Translate, thus I could barely understand it.)
Thread 2 (Search for P4i65G or GeForce 6600)

Please reply soon, thank you.

Solution
The GPU is from 2005 and the Motherboard from 2006, the last BIOS released in 2007. I'd say that the odds of a 2006 mobo not being compatible with a 2005 GPU are pretty slim.
Thanks for the response Martell1977. The reason I asked is because I've heard of motherboards before that have an AGP slot, but aren't compatible with some AGP GPUs. E.g. the GPU is too new for the board, and the BIOS needs to support it. I just want to be certain so I don't end up returning parts and losing $ in the process.

I had a build where it had an ISA slot with a sound card, and I added a PCI video card and disabled the integrated video, but the cards refused to work together, and only worked separately, I had tried everything I knew to resolve any conflicts with IRQs, etc. Nothing worked. I just don't want a repeat.
