[SOLVED] Is good for my SSD to render videos on it?

Solution
If you're concerned about the write cycle penalty, keep in mind that even smaller 240 GB drives have a write cycle guarantee of something like 150 TB for a quality model like the Samsung 970 EVO. This increases linearly, so a 1 TB drive has an endurance of 600 TB.

To put this into perspective, if you got a 1TB drive and decided to dump Blu-Rays onto it, you'd need about 12,000 titles assuming they're all double density before the drive croaks. Even if your projects chew through 250 GB per video from start to finish, you could run through 2,400 videos before the drive croaks. So unless you were planning to work on raw UHD videos, I don't think you need to worry about the drive dying before the warranty is up.
