I'm selling my old gtx 1070 on ebay and I have ordered a new 3060 TI msi ventus 3x for 480€. The MSRP for 3060 TI FE is 420€. Is it a good price 480 for the ventus?

i would say so.With the problems with supply and demand ur lucky it didnt hit above 500e
