Is GT-610 2 GB Video Card good?

Hello,

I wanted to run a game but it needs video card support.

I'm thinking to purchase ASUS GT-610 2 GB Graphic Card, so is it a good choice?

By the way, the requirements to run the game are:

Hardware T&L
Pixel Shader version 3.0
Vertex Shader version 3.0

So, is this Graphic Card supports these? And if you like to recommend any other, then please recommend in its price range or lower. Thanks!

gt 610 is not a gaming card. GT 630 / 730 is the minimum I could recommend.

+1 for that ^^^ . GT 610 is too weak to play current games

I put a GT610 into my parents computer a few weeks ago. It's not a card to use for gaming... It's most a card to use in case your CPU doesn't have integrated graphics and you need any sort of card to produce a video signal.

Mostly, it's for just using the internet and general usage like word processing, etc... Works great for that. It wouldn't meet the minimum requirements for games.

At this time, I wanted to play Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 Game, but it is not working because of not having some of its requirements.

By the way, I don't play much games. And if possible, I would use a software called iClone.

Harry potter isn't a demanding game. A GT 620 would probably meet the minimum requirements if you can't afford a gt 630
