No, no bandwidth problems. I am running a RX 470 in a Z68 board with only a PCI-E 2.0 slot just fine so you shouldn't have any issues with a 1050 ti.

Take it you meant to ask the OP about his CPU/RAM? Anyway, as for me, I have a 2500K@4GHz and 8GB 1333mhz RAM@1600mhz. Its ancient but its mostly sufficient to drive the 470. OP should have zero issues as long as he has at least an i5 and 8GB RAM.
