Question Is GTX 750 ti 2GB compatible with AMD A10-7700K Radeon R7?

I'm new to learning about computers, and I'm planning on buying GTX 750 ti 2GB, but I'm afraid that if GTX 750 is not compatible with AMD A10, it will rip my PC. The games I've been playing so far is CSGO, Dead by Daylight, League of Legends, Fortnite, and more. So my only question is, is it compatible? If not, what graphics card can you suggest?
