Is GTX 750 voltage unlocked?

I was thinking of getting the 750 and was wondering if I'll be able to increase voltage in the future for more overclocking potential?

chosing a gpu that is very power efficient, drawing power only from the pcie slot which is rated for 75w, i doubt there will be one with unlocked voltage.! however as gtx 750 has a tdp of only 55w, there is some room for overclocking afterall!
