Is GTX 750Ti good to this PC

I have a Lenovo sff PC(Lenovo ThinkCentre M81 SFF).

It has,

Intel Core i5 2500 3.30Ghz
4GB RAM

Will I be able to play games like Rise of the Tomb Raider in this PC with a Gtx 750Ti

It won't play on ultra but it will still run, maybe medium at the most. I would suggest upgrading the ram to 8gb as well since 4 really isn't enough these days

According to dellsupport, you have 2x low profile pci and 1x low profile pci-e x1 slots. Not sure exactly what, if anything, you have already loaded in those slots, so it's doubtful you'll be able to add any normal x16 type gpu. This would mean a specialty gpu that runs probably on a pci-e x1 slot and with the SFF that's not going to make life easy. You probably will have to contact Dell support directly and find out according to your build number if you have available slots open and if they have a gpu that'll fit your build.

Should have at least an 8x slot in that first one. More then enough for a 750Ti.

Power on the other hand is going to be marginal. I had piles of those things up through 2014 and the most common failure was the power supply.
